How do I place an order?

To officially place an order, a 50% deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, we will begin processing your order. Our team will work closely with you to finalize finishes, upholstery, and any customizations.

What are your lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the product and customization. Some pieces are available to ship immediately, while others can be made to order in as little as 4 weeks. Custom and bespoke order lead times may vary based on the project brief. Please inquire for specific lead times.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we can provide samples of finishes and fabrics upon request. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will arrange for samples to be sent to you.

Can you manage shipping for my order?

Yes, we offer shipping management services at an additional cost. Alternatively, you can choose to manage your own shipping. We aim to provide flexible solutions to meet your needs.

What areas do you serve?

Our expertise in contract and hospitality projects ensures comprehensive support for your FF&E needs from the ground up. However, please note that we are unable to service countries with embargo restrictions.
